Born in 2022 in Tauriac, a stone's throw from Bordeaux, from one simple idea: if drinking beer is good, brewing it is even better.
It all began in 2022, when two beer-loving brothers decided to step over to the other side of the tank. Between morning runs, football matches and a healthy dose of "hey, what if we tried a new recipe?", the brewery came to life in Tauriac (33).
What thrills them is the precision of the craft: one degree more, one gram less, and there you have a completely different beer. That infinite variety, unlocked by tweaking a handful of parameters, has become their favourite playground.

Nathan brews his first litres in his Montreal backyard, fermentation hidden in the basement like forbidden treasure.
Back in France, the two brothers launch the brewery in Tauriac.

Years in Montreal, a microbrewery on every corner, and his first litres brewed in the backyard. Now president: finances, accounting, orders, stock… basically everything that scares the others.
Civil engineer (Arts & Métiers), specialist in bridges and structures. These days, he mostly builds beers.
"We should buy a bar", he kept saying… In the end the brothers skipped a step and opened a brewery instead. Self-taught by working his way through the bars of Bordeaux and Paris, he brings the team's offbeat touch — a fan of computers, video games, strange worlds and gloriously bad movies.
